Course Materials Listing Purchase Textbooks

Please order your books first, then, if you plan on paying for your books with Financial Aid, fill out the Charge Authorization Form, sign and fax it to the South Bend Bookstore at 1-574-245-7183.

You can find the books that you need for class in several different ways. TO FIND YOUR BOOK BY COURSE, use this course link. You also have the option to search using title or author. If you have your schedule already, using your course information found on your class schedule, you can find the exact books required for your class. You also have the option to browse by department or to browse the entire catalog using a keyword books with Financial Aid, fill out theBookstore Charge Authorization Form, sign and fax it to the South Bendyou to receive your books.

Bookstore Return Policies

In order to return or exchange books purchased from the South Bend bookstore you
MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.


It is important to note that books are NOT returnable/refundable if:

  • No Receipt
  • 30 days after date on receipt
  • Shrink wrap is removed
  • Software included with book is open
  • Book is damaged, written in or soiled

The following items are NON RETURNABLE:

  • Used Books (books bought used)
  • Course Notes and Syllabi
  • Solutions Manuals/Study Guides
  • Clothing, Gift Items and Supplies

All check and cash transaction refunds are processed manually and will be mailed from the South Bend business office in 2-4 weeks.

Please Note: Listed course materials, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Used books are available in some of our titles. Used book prices are approximately half the cost of the new book price listed. If you place an order for books on-line and would prefer to purchase used books, you may make that request in the comment section of the order form. Availability of used is not guaranteed. The Bookstore will send used copies IF they are in stock. If there are no used books in stock, your order will be filled with new copies.

Furthermore, you will not receive notification that new books have been substituted. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
